Prices for Sponsorship packages have been fixed by the organising committee of 9th Indian Peptide Symposium (9th IPS-2023) of Indian Peptide Society & not any further discount or reduction in price is applicable.
Since we have limited scope of sponsorships available, therefore, sponsorships will be served on first come first serve basis
Once Sponsorship amount is paid, Sponsor can neither change, cancel or transfer the option for sponsorship.
Sponsorship payment must reach us on or before 30-Jan-2023. An official receipt will be issued against the payment .
You may deduct 2% TDS under advertising head from payment to us. Our PAN NO. is AAAAI8196E. If you deduct any TDS from our payment, than you need to issue From 16 to us within three month of payments.
In case of Foreign payments, we will try to furnish the documents required with in our permitted scope only on prerequisite basis
We are not registered with GST and don't charge any GST amount.
We have not availed any Income Tax benefit registration provided for society and do not provide any certificate for any benefit.
We do not provide any document for custom clearance of demo equipments etc.
We provide all the facilities and privileges mentioned in specific sponsorship packages.
Indian Peptide Society reserves the right to take any decision in case of any eventuality or circumstances beyond the control of society.
Amount once paid for sponsorship is neither refundable nor transferrable.
