If I am a student of foreign origin, can I register myself?

Yes, students of foreign origin can register under the Student Plan category by making an online payment using the REGISTRATION LINK.
Our Payment gateway is now equipped to accept foreign payment.
What are the guidelines to display the poster?

Please follow the guidelines below for abstract submission (1 page):1. Title of the abstract2. Names of the authors (underline the presenting author’s name)3. Affiliation address(es) and e-mail id of the PI4. Abstract text and Figures (if any)5. References
Only registered participants will be allowed for poster and oral presentation.
I have registered myself, submitting my abstract and poster, how can I give oral presentation in 10th IPS?

After reviewing your submitted abstract, the selection committee will invite a few selected candidates to come prepared for an oral presentation.

Is there any special discount for IPS members?

No special discounted price for Student Peptide Symposium.
Where can I stay in Visakhapatnam?

We have limited accommodation facilities at the symposium venue. The organizers will provide shared accommodation for students on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, participants are requested to submit their abstracts as soon as possible.
Attendees are encouraged to explore various travel websites for the best travel deals and accommodation options.
The Indian Peptide Society has not partnered with any hotels for accommodation and does not endorse any specific property.
How can I reach the Conference venue?

The conference venue, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Visakhapatnam, can be easily located via Google Maps

Can we deduct TDS?

Yes, you can deduct 2% of total amount as TDS while paying in INR. and provide Form 16 as soon as it is available. TDS is not applicable on Foreign Payment.
How can I get the Proforma Invoice to make the payment?

Please register for Sponsorship and request for Proforma Invoice, we will send you a Proforma Invoice.
If required, can we register our company for Vendor Registration?

Yes, you may write to us at indianpeptidesociety@gmail.com and we will provide all the requested documents and will do the needful to do vendor registration with your company.
